INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp Butter
6 cloves of grounded Garlic
1 ½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Grated parmesan cheese
Sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Using a medium saucepan, dissolve butter on medium heat.
- Add ground garlic and fry with little oil until it scents.
- Add heavy cream, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to the lowest, and gently add Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add sea salt to taste. Ready to serve.
